  • Eligibility Period: You have exactly 30 days from the calendar date you received your item to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a successful return, your item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also remain secured in its original, undamaged retail packaging.

  • Exempt Items: Certain categories of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection laws, specifically intimate apparel, swimwear, bodysuits, and customized or personalized goods.

The Return Process

  1. Initiation: To begin a return, you must contact our support team at mieleguer7564@hotmail.com with your original order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return mailing address.

  3. Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return package is delivered to our facility and undergoes inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payout: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction to your account.
